Position: National Delivery Director
Ian was appointed to the Executive Team as
National Delivery Director in March 2010 and is responsible for
overseeing the delivery of all operational contracts for Working
Links within the UK, involving 1,600 people in over 180 locations
and an annual turnover of £120million.
He has been with Working Links since it was founded in April 2000
and has held a number of senior appointments within Working Links,
most recently as Director responsible for the implementation
of four Flexible New Deal contracts and prior to this as
Regional Director for London and the South East.
Ian came to Working Links from Manpower PLC where he held a number
of operational management positions including Manpower’s £12million
Millennium Dome sponsorship project, creating a national sales and
marketing campaign benefiting 300 operational Manpower
branches.
Outside of work Ian is the Chairman for the Damilola Taylor Trust
charity where he provides support and guidance on a voluntary
basis.
Ian lives in Kent with his wife and three children.
