Position: Chief Finance Officer
Rajeev joined Working Links in January 2009
as Director of Finance and Technology, with the specific remit of
profitably growing the business and securing its long-term future
as a major player in its current and new market sectors.
Responsible for Finance, IT, Risk Management, Legal, Procurement
and Property, Rajeev brings experience of running highly motivated,
lean, efficient and value-adding teams.
Prior to joining Working Links, Rajeev was
with Santander Bank, where he was instrumental in setting up their
highly profitable Insurance Division, which generated an annual
turnover in excess of £1 billion within two years. He moved there
from Charles Schwab Europe where, as Director of Finance, he led
the company back into profitability and its eventual sale to
Barclays Stockbrokers. And before this he was Chief Financial
Officer at Volkswagen, where he set up a financial services
organisation which, within five years, grew substantially with
assets over £2 billion.
A chartered accountant, Rajeev started his
professional career with KPMG before joining HSBC, where he
specialised in acquisitions. Rajeev also holds an MBA from Warwick
University.
