Mike Lee
Director for
the Midlands
Mike Lee joined Working Links in January 2007
as Director for London. His role has developed in a short
time, and in September 2008 he was promoted to Director for the
Midlands.
Today, Mike oversees the regional day-to-day
operation of 16 contracts, 190 people and over 25 partner
organisations. He is also responsible for developing new
opportunities in the Midlands region.
Mike takes a particular interest in our Customer
Satisfaction processes. He was instrumental in its
development, and was first to trial it in his capacity as Director
of London. In 2008, following a successful London pilot the process
was adopted company-wide, and now forms a key part of our business
improvement activity.
Mike came to Working Links from a Sales and Marketing background
where he held a number of Director-level positions, predominantly
in the IT sector. His previous roles also include European
General Manager for Xerox Corporation, where he was responsible for
overseeing some of its largest service contracts.
Mike lives in Hampshire but is in the process
of relocating to the Midlands. He’s been married for 28 years and
has two grown up sons. Outside of work Mike is a football referee,
refereeing county level games, and supports Norwich City Football
Club.
