The Department for Work and
Pensions (DWP) has recently launched a Star Rating Model to measure
their Employment Zone (EZ) contracts.
This measurement is based on four Key Performance Indicators,
which are:
- Job Outcomes;
- Sustained Job Outcomes;
- Quality; and
- Compliance and Contract Issues.
At the end of the first assessment (covering
October 2007 to March 2008) each of DWP’s 24 EZ contracts was
given a star rating. And we’ve done extremely well!
Seven EZ contracts were awarded 3 stars, and
five of these are contracts we deliver. And our Glasgow EZ
contract got the top spot!
