What we do

We’re an ambitious organisation. Not only have we successfully helped over 120,000 people find work, we’re now delivering skills courses, vocational learning for offenders in prison and we’re looking to deliver enhanced services for young people who are not in employment, education or training.

Our approach is different. We believe that sustainable work is the best route out of poverty and we treat each of our customers as individuals, tailoring our services according to their needs. No matter what their goal is, whether its work or a qualification, we offer the support that people need to move from social exclusion to social inclusion.

Each of our customers has a different story to tell. And so our solutions are flexible to match.

You can see from our track record that we’re good at what we do. We’ve been doing it for a long time and we think that our blend of private, public and voluntary sector expertise puts us in a great position to be able to deliver and influence plans for welfare reform.
