At Working Links, recognise that there are
many reasons why young people feel unable to access the
jobs, training or education that they want.
Many teenagers are unsure of what paths to
take and what choices to make. Our personal mentors will listen to
what young people want and offer the right level of support to help
them chose the path that are best for them.
Our mentors work individually with each of our
customers to ensure they receive the highest level of support. Our
tailored service has been carefully designed to
meet the needs of people from all backgrounds and to equip them
with the skills they need to succeed.
We also provide opportunities to build
confidence and improve motivation, boost wellbeing and learn vital
life skills such as team building and money
management. For those who want to find work we can provide sector
specific training, work placements and improve their employability
by offering CV building, interview
skills and career specific skills training.
Our programmes recognise that all teenagers
are unique individuals who need unique and individual solutions to
help them navigate the road ahead. We believe all young people have
the ability to succeed and to live the lives they want.
