Join the Working Links hive.
The bee has many of the same important attributes that
we’re looking for in our graduate recruits:
- industrious;
- intuitive;
- ambitious; and
- an essential part of the hive.
If you have them too then please read
on.
Your habitat
We are an innovative company, with a unique structure, set up in
2000 to help disadvantaged people to change their lives through
training and employment. We are very ambitious so you will need to
be too. Our expansion in 2009 has seen us diversify our work into
prison and probation services, successfully deliver contracts to
support young people, and develop our international presence. With
almost 2000 employees we are sure 2010 will be just as
successful.
Your journey
Our graduate programme will take you through
all areas of our company, from working directly with our clients,
through to selling our services and our clients to employers. You
will experience the work that our teams do ‘behind the scenes’ such
as finance, quality and administration, human resources, marketing
and business development. We will develop your management potential
too, so that you have the right skills and knowledge to be able to
fast track to a managerial position. This could be managing a team
or a whole contract with tough targets and real challenges. At
Working Links we recognise that everyone is different and
therefore, whilst our programme is designed to give you a broad
understanding of our business, it is also flexible enough to allow
for a more tailored approach to your development. You will be
guided through your journey with mentoring sessions, coaching,
formal training opportunities and practical work experience.

like.
Your reward
We offer a competitive salary, bonus and
benefits package for our graduate recruits. But we believe it’s
much more than this that gives our people job satisfaction. You
will learn from people within our business who have a wealth of
experience in all sectors. You will work in a goal focused
environment, but one where the outputs will make a big difference
in the real world. And you will get great satisfaction from knowing
that you have directly helped other people to turn their lives
around.
But don’t just take our word for it - hear from
some of our current graduates.
