The Graduate Programme schedule has been designed
specifically to give our graduates a broad, but in-depth, overview
of the different operational positions and contracts, not only in a
specific region but throughout the company.
During your first 12 months you will cover a
number of roles within the company. A brief description of the
purpose of these roles is given in the right hand column.
For the final 6 months of the programme, you
will be given the option to choose a specialism. You may
decide that you want to spend more time in the Tutor role, or you
may decide that you are more suited to the Employer Solutions role.
This period gives you extra time to investigate in which areas your
interest lies.
At the beginning of the Graduate Programme,
you will also be given a specific project to work on. This is a
team project, working with other graduates on the programme, which
involves completing a report and developing a presentation of
your findings. You will then present this to members
of our Leadership Team. Final sign-off of the programme will
depend on the successful completion of this project.
Each quarter a workshop will be facilitated.
This is where all graduates can come together and share learnings
with one another whilst also being introduced to different
corporate areas of Working Links. You will have sessions run by
Human Resources, Learning & Development, Internal Audit, Health
& Safety, Quality, Business Development and Marketing.
