Develop your workforce through Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are work-based training programmes designed around your needs, as an employer, which can lead to nationally recognised qualifications for your employees. They can also help support your employees with essential literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
They are funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and enable you to upskill your existing employees, or take on new ones, with a supported and funded training programme.
An Apprenticeship also means:
motivated, engaged employees who are monitored and assisted in their roles through a structured training programme
a higher quality of work and increased productivity
greater employee retention and loyalty
a tailored training package to meet your needs and the individual learner
a fresh and innovative approach to training in the workplace
reduced training costs
support for your employees with relevant sector skills, knowledge and behaviour.
We know that one size doesn’t fit all
That’s why we focus on the needs of your business to find the right Apprenticeship solution for you.
We get to know you to make sure that the services we provide are tailored and have real bottom line benefits – helping you to be more competitive and help your business to grow.
How does it work?
Anyone can apply to join an Apprenticeship – and there are no limits to the number of learners that can sign up, as long as you, the employer, contribute the necessary funding towards the cost of each Apprenticeship programme. Apprenticeships are however subject to relevant eligibility and we will complete the necessary checks to ensure an employee can participate.
You and your apprentice will be supported by a qualified Assessor who has knowledge of your industry sector and will talk you through the options to help you find the best option for your business.
The training takes place in the workplace to provide the apprentice a range of opportunities to demonstrate the skills they develop in the workplace, they will, however, require time away from their role to complete training sessions on a one to one basis with their dedicated assessor.
The minimum duration for an Apprenticeship is typically 12 months.
What Apprenticeships do we deliver?
