Beth Tucker

After struggling to find permanent employment

Beth is now more confident than ever about her future career

Beth shows that living with a disability isn't always a barrier to work

With our help and the support of Pluss, she now has permanent employment

Beth Tucker, 20, has cerebral palsy and was struggling to find sustainable employment.

After being referred to the Work Choice programme, which helps people with disabilities get back to work, she was aided in her quest to find a long-term job by Working Links and our subcontractor, Pluss.

Pluss introduced her to sign and graphics company Brissco who were immediately impressed with her attitude and work ethic. Soon after, she started a two day work trial, did another month’s paid trial and was then offered a permanent position.
