Employability Day success

Working Links opened its doors on Friday 14 July to celebrate the second UK Employability Day.

Teams from across Britain took part in the day, showcasing our successful delivery in England, Scotland and Wales.

In Swindon, Minister for Disabled People Justin Tomlinson joined local officials and potential new customers joined Working Links experts at an open day for people to find out about new programmes helping people get back to work.

In Dunfermline, a networking and opportunities event took place while in Wrexham, many people attended a jobs fair. The organisation also joined forces with leading charity Pluss at a breakfast event in Leeds.

Earlier in the week, Working Links also hosted a roundtable event in Newcastle to discuss the integration of work, health and skills in the North East.
