Triple representation on ERSA Awards shortlist

Working Links is delighted to be represented three times on this year’s ERSA Employability Awards shortlist.

Personal consultants Katherine Ashton and Sandra Grubb have been shortlisted in the Adviser of the Year category, while close partner Pobl Group has been shortlisted in the SME of the Year category.

Katherine works on the Links to Work programme in Wiltshire, funded by the European Social Fund, supporting so-called ‘harder to reach’ jobseekers into work. She specialises in supporting people with criminal convictions overcome their barriers to work and find suitable, paid employment.

Sandra has been the organisation’s top performer on the Work Able Scotland programme, funded by the Scottish Government, devoting her time to support vulnerable customers into sustainable work. Her customers are often living with multiple health issues and living chaotic lifestyles.
Working Links has been working with Pobl Group over the last year, supporting them to fill vacancies in South Wales and the South West of England, through pre-employment training courses.

The winners will be announced at a special ceremony on 14 June, attended by the Minister for Employment, Alok Sharma MP.
