We're committed to embracing equality and diversity, respecting individuals and creating an all-inclusive culture.

As required under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 we have calculated our gender pay gap for 2017 . The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of men and women – who could be doing very different roles in the organisation – and is not the same as equal pay, which looks at what men and women are paid for doing the same role.

As a Working Links Group we work with thousands of people, across many different sectors and deliver services to a variety of funders – at home and abroad. The Working Links Group consists of Working Links Employment Limited; Wales Community Rehabilitation Company; Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire Community Rehabilitation Company; and Dorset, Devon and Cornwall Community Rehabilitation Company – and our gender pay gap analysis has been completed for all legal entities within the Group.

Our findings illustrate the below:

  • Working Links DDC CRC: The mean gender pay gap for DDC CRC is 5% and the median gender pay gap for is 7.6%.
  • Working Links BGSW CRC: The mean gender pay gap for BGSW CRC is 7.6% and the median gender pay gap for is 1%.
