To provide a high quality HR administrative support service to the business ensuring all HR systems are utilised as efficiently as possible by managers and employees across the organisation. Manage the employee journey from on-boarding to exit.
Provide customer focussed support to employees enquiring about the HR database, Recruitment, Payroll and employee benefits by providing first line policy advice to coach managers to resolve employee administrative queries.
Process HR and payroll documentation in the HR database, issue correspondence and input data accurately to ensure employees are paid correctly. Carry out year end payroll processing and monthly checks to maintain relevant logs for audit purposes.
Process monthly expenses in line with the companies expense policy.
Support the HRIS Manager in maintaining the HR database, including the interface with other internal and external systems, coaching managers to input accurate and timely data.
Undertake periodic system audits, produce reports from the HR systems and ensure BPSS checks are maintained in the HR database.
Carry out adhoc projects when required e.g. pension and auto-enrolment administration, RTI data, redundancy and TUPE.
Process HR, payroll and recruitment invoices accurately and maintain internal and external relationships with employees and suppliers.
Carry out relevant identity checks, progress DBS applications through the 3rd party supplier database and maintain the HR database records.
Experience of HR administration, specificallly working with HR, recruitment and payroll systems
Knowledge and understanding of data protection
IT literate with good keyboard, data entry skills and attention to detail
A working knowledge of employment legislation
Relevant knowledge and experience are more pertinent.
