Jen Byrne
Head of Social Justice
Jen joined the operations team at Working Links in 2001 and moved
to the Business Development team in 2003, where she developed
specialist skills in offender rehabilitation.
She became Market Development Lead for Offender Management in
January 2005, building on Working Links’ knowledge and
understanding of offenders and the criminal justice system.
Jen’s key achievements include developing the organisation’s
credentials in the field of offender employment, and establishing
Working Links as a credible and preferred provider of offender
rehabilitation services.
Jen has been a member of the CBI Home Affairs Panel since summer
2006 and completed an MSc in Social Policy (majoring in Criminal
Justice Policy) from the London School of Economics in 2006. She
became Head of Business Development – Offender Management in May
2007 and continues to build on Working Links success in this
area
