Experts hand out enterprise advice

Peter Bridge, Jodie Tookey, Neil Davey, Zena Gardener and Donna Lawson.Experts from employment specialists Working Links have taken to the streets of Plymouth to spread the word about becoming your own boss.

 

The team from Working Links’ Enterprise Coaching programme were housed in Business Link’s mobile unit outside the Guildhall on October 10, 11, 12 handing out free advice and guidance about enterprise.

 

As well as experts from Working Links, representatives from Prime, Next Step and Outset Finance were also there.

 

More than 100 people were helped over the three days with many of them signing up to receive additional help from the Enterprise Coaching programme.

 

The programme is funded through the South West European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Plymouth City Council.

 

Since the Enterprise Coaching Programme started in June 2010 it has helped more than 500 people look at starting up businesses in Plymouth and the surrounding area.
