Working Links, employment specialists, are holding a dedicated
Dignity at Work Week. They hope this will really get people
thinking about dignity and diversity at work and ultimately promote
RESPECT across their business.
To celebrate Dignity at Work Week, they’ve
asked their teams across the country to get involved and plan
events throughout the week. London and the South East have risen to
the challenge and put together a fantastic programme of events,
from Wii Wimbledon in Croydon, to a Brighton beach picnic, to a
men’s charity leg waxing event for blokes by the Hackney team!
Adam Bain, Regional Manager for the South East
and leader on the Dignity at Work Week, said, “Understanding and
recognising diversity enables us to make use of the differing views
and contributions of our people to create a richer working
environment. The benefits of recognising diversity in all our
people include promoting greater productivity as a result of
employee job satisfaction as well as building better relationships
between people. By being socially responsible and adopting an
all inclusive ethos, Working Links will be able to attract, develop
and retain outstanding employees. “
