We run a range of programmes across the UK
that are specifically designed to help offenders and ex-offenders
into employment. Whether you are nearing the end of your sentence,
are currently on probation or serving a community sentence, or just
looking for work, we can help with:
- training, skills and vocational qualifications;
- advice and guidance;
- routeways to help you gain skills in a specific industry, such
as security;
- work placements;
- jobsearch support;
- help with applications, and
- interview preparation.
As our customer, you are guaranteed one to one
support from your own Personal Consultant, which continues even
after you have found a job.
We also work in partnership with a range of
different organisations that can provide additional support in
other areas of your life where you may be experiencing problems, as
well as support for your family as you look for work.
