
Taking part in an in-work placement
programme means that you can find the right person for a
job before you recruit them, saving you time, money and
stress.
We’ll work with you to put together some
selection criteria to help us find candidates with the right skills
for your business. When we do they can work for you, in one of
your current vacancies for one or two weeks as part of our in-work
placement programme. By providing potential employees with
in-work placements, you can assess their skills
and if they’re right for your business.
We pre-screen all of our candidates so you’ll
only see people who are right for the position. As a result of this
thorough selection process the majority of candidates who complete
in-work placements are offered interviews and then
permanent positions at the end of their placement. Recruiting
candidates who have already worked for you means that the
employment process is seamless as they’re already valuable team
members. If you decide that a candidate isn’t right for your
business then we will review the selection criteria and refine the
recruitment process for future work placement
