From the moment you start working with us, you will
be given the tailored support you need to be able to reach your
goals, no matter what situation you are in. You will be assigned a
consultant who will provide you with one-to-one mentoring
support and work through any issues you may have which are
preventing you from finding work or developing your skills. As part
of this tailored support your consultant will signpost other people
or organisations who can assist with any specific issues you may
have. In the London and South East region we have the Constant Care
Team who are available to offer mentoring support
from 8am to 8pm every day to complement the assistance you will
receive from your consultant.
Your consultant will work with you from
initially assessing your situation to supporting you throughout
your return to work training and providing in-work
support when you have found employment. We offer a range of support
services which are tailored to individuals such as help with
essential transportation and interview costs and assistance with
childcare arrangements.
