We have a team of over 280 employment specialists who have helped more than 12,000 customers to find jobs in the Midlands by providing step by step help from pre-employment training to post-employment support.

 

How we work

By working closely with one of our consultants we will ensure you receive the specific advice, support and training you need to be able to reach your goals in the job market. From numeracy and literacy training to in-work placements and help with CVs, we work with you and provide the link between you and your future employer.

We work with companies in the public, private and voluntary sectors to ensure you receive the help and support you require to find a suitable job in the Midlands region.
