From the moment you start working with us, you will be
given the tailored support you need to be able to reach your goals,
no matter what your situation is. You will be assigned a consultant
who will provide you with one-to-one mentoring
support and work through any issues you may have which are
preventing you from finding work or developing your skills. As part
of this tailored support your consultant will signpost other people
or organisations who can assist with any specific issues you may
have.
Your consultant will work with you from
initially assessing your situation to supporting you throughout
your pre-employment training and providing in-work
support when you have found employment. We offer a range of support
services which are tailored to individuals such as assistance with
transportation costs and help with childcare arrangements.
