From the
moment you start working with us, you will be given the tailored
support you need to be able to reach your goals, no matter what
your situation is. You will be assigned a consultant who will
provide you with one-to-one support and work through any barriers
you may have which are preventing you from developing your skills
and finding employment in Wales. As part of this
tailored employment coaching your consultant will
introduce you to other people or organisations that can assist with
any specific issues you may have.
Your consultant will work with you from
initially assessing your situation to providing long term
mentoring support throughout your training and in
your new job when you have found employment. We offer a range of
support services which are tailored to individuals such as
assistance with interview costs and help with childcare
arrangements.

of our team members speak Welsh) and help for customers with a
