experience can enhance your CV, build your confidence, help focus
your jobsearch and even result in paid employment. We specialise in
giving our customers work experience opportunities
which allow you to try a job for a short period of time and really
show the employer what you can do.
Inclusive work placements
Whether you have been out of work for a few
weeks or for years, or if you’re a young person who has never
worked, work placements can give you the confidence and skills
needed to become employed.
Valuable experience
Extra work experience will enhance your CV and
it shows employers that you’re serious about finding work as you
will have spent time building your skills and developing yourself.
Most in-work placements are provided by employers who have
vacancies, so if your trial period is successful then you could be
offered a permanent job at the end. A work placement will also help
you focus on exactly what you want from a job and an employer.
