Pre-employment training
The pre-employment training courses
in Wales are designed so that you receive the specific
skills required by employers, giving you a clear goal to work
towards and a job opportunity at the end of your training. All of
our clients receive tailored training on a one-to-one basis or in
small groups by our tutors to develop essential skills. Clients can
receive advice as well as training in the following areas:

motivational coaching

- Onsite work experience with employers
Post-employment support
Finding employment is a very important step
in the Working Links process but it is not the final part of the
journey. At Working Links, we aim to have a long term relationship
with our clients so once you are in employment we will ensure you
have the support you need to continue to develop your skills.
Through one-to-one employment coaching and further
training we can work together so you can continue to build on your
skills and advance in your career.
