Working Links Graduate Trainee Manager Hayley Crebo

Hayley joined us in September 2010. She previously worked for Nextstep as a careers advisor, and is also trained as a primary school teacher. She applied for the graduate scheme to improve her career prospects and take up a new challenge.

Working Links Graduate Trainee Manager Louise Green

Before Louise became an intern at Working Links in March 2010, she was the Student Development Assistant at Leicester University. She joined the scheme in October 2010.

Working Links Graduate Trainee Manager Alexandra Kemp

Alexandra started our graduate programme in May 2010, but she’s been part of the Working Links team since April 2008, when she joined as a customer adviser for the Pathways contract. Alexandra and was promoted to Quality Co-ordinator within a year.

Working Links Graduate Trainee Manager Claire Hogg

Before she joined the scheme, Claire was promoted to team leader at Jobcentre Plus but felt she had become ‘stuck’ and wanted to explore other ways of making a difference to people’s lives.

Working Links Graduate Trainee Manager Tim Ward

Tim graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Architecture. After various roles in the construction industry, he found himself working for our team in Middlesbrough. He realised he had a lot of skills to be put to good use in our industry, so he applied for our graduate scheme and hasn’t looked back since.
