Personalised Employment Programme

Working in Partnership with Working Links (Employment) Ltd

We are a leading UK provider of Welfare to Work services, we believe in working in partnership with the best quality-driven organisations to deliver our services responsive to the needs of customers, employers and stakeholders. We are now in the process of preparing to tender for the Personalised Employment Programme (PEP).

The PEP pilots commencing in March 2011 are part of the new Welfare to Work initiatives announced in the December 2008 White Paper ‘Raising expectations and increasing support – reforming welfare for the future’. It will offer support for unemployed customers receiving Jobseekers Allowance and customers with health conditions receiving Employment and Support Allowance, to secure and sustain employment, within a single, integrated, flexible employment programme.

Working Links will deliver ‘PEP’ as a Prime Contractor, and are looking to engage with providers as potential subcontractors to work in partnership to deliver front-line services to PEP customers.  We will partner with organisations with a proven track record of:

  • Sourcing work placements, job trials and voluntary work;
  • Delivering high quality support, including assessment, action planning, case management and post-employment support;
