‘Work for Your Benefits’ pilot

Working in Partnership with Working Links (Employment) Ltd

We are a leading UK provider of Welfare to Work services, we believe in working in partnership with the best quality-driven organisations to deliver our services responsive to the needs of customers, employers and stakeholders.

We will deliver ‘Work for Your Benefits’ pilot as a Prime Contractor, and are looking to engage with providers as potential subcontractors to deliver front-line services through locally developed delivery models. We will partner with organisations with a proven track record of:

  • sourcing work placements, job trials and voluntary work; and
  • delivering high quality support, including assessment, action planning, case management and post-employment support.

This 24 month pilot programme will require jobseekers who reach the end of ‘Flexible New Deal’ to undertake full time activity in order to receive their Jobseeker’s Allowance. This will consist of 30 hours full time work experience and up to 10 hours additional employment support per week, for a maximum of six months, aimed at equipping customers with work habits and skills of value to them and to employers.
