Clive Pitts joined Working Links in August 2001. During his time
with the organisation he has focused on ensuring Working Links has
achieved an agreed financial return and a strong balance sheet. All
of this has enabled us to grow the business.
His other priority has been to develop our IT infrastructure to
effectively and efficiently support a business that has grown from
300 to 1,200 people in seven years.
Qualifying as an accountant in 1981, Clive has worked in
management accounting roles for Shell UK, Amerada Hess and Rhone
Poulenc. He came to Working Links with further experience gained as
a facilitator with Ernst & Young. He had also spent time
working on change management and organisation alignment projects
with clients such as British Gas.
