For the second year running we are sponsoring the Annual Offenders' Learning, Skills and Employablility Conference, which will be held at Inmarsat Conference Centre, London on 13 May 08.

The conference, which is supported by the Learning and Skills Council and the Prince’s Trust, will highlight the role of employers, discuss the work done with offender learning in the community, and set out what needs to be done to work towards equality of high-standard provision of prison education and offender learning.

We will be delivering a seminar entitled ‘Offender employment in diverse communities’ and will showcase our Kormo Shadin project. Jen Byrne, Head of Social Justice and Soji Olukunle who leads the Kormo Shadin project will jointly present the seminar.
